The Staff Development Centre shall be placed under the purview of the Director General and managed by an In-Charge of the Centre. Mr. Dhanushka Jayalath isan In-Charge of the Centre.
The overall objective of Staff Development Centre is to engage in continuing improvement of human resources capacity of the institution and thereby to promote allegiance, commitment and loyalty of the staff to the institution, improve core knowledge and competencies of the staff of all categories and introduce modern and innovative technologies and tools into the core business of the institute.
